Children must be above the age of 5 to paddle due to the size of equipment. Children 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Yes, reservations are required to assure we have appropriate staff and equipment available.
To assure the safety and stability of our guests, all of our equipment have weight capacities.
Single Kayaks: 350lbs
Tandem Kayaks: 500lbs
Paddle boards: 230lbs
We do not provide this service at this time.
Brunelle's is a privately owned Marina, due to this they have a fee to launch your own equipment. For more information contact (413) 536-3132.
Refunds are eligible 24 hours prior to your reservation time. You can do so through your email reservation, or by contacting us directly. Customers will be offered full refunds or re-booking for cancellations due to weather or river conditions. Customers will be charged a fee of $20 for the day of cancellation.
For the safety of our customers we do not allow swimming. Customers must stay on equipment, at all times.
The consumption of alcohol is not permitted. Coolers with non-alcoholic beverages and food are allowed.
To assure the safety of our customers, only dogs with experience on similar vessels are permitted. Owners must provide a life jacket for their pet. If these requirements are not met then staff members can deny the use of equipment.
